What is coming soon for businesses
The parts of TrottOn for business that switch on shortly after launch, and what to do until then.
TrottOn is new. These features are built and switch on shortly after launch. Until then, the app tells you plainly when something is not available, and nothing is changed or charged.
Working today
- Your business profile, so riders can find you.
- Your client list, with import from a spreadsheet or contacts file and invite links.
- Messages with riders and clients.
- Invoices you create, mark as sent and record payments against.
Coming soon
- Online booking. Creating bookings and turning booking requests into bookings. Keep using your current diary and contact the rider yourself.
- Card payments through TrottOn, and connecting Stripe. Keep taking payment the way you do now.
- Emails and notifications from TrottOn: invoice emails, reminders, broadcasts and updates to clients. Your choices are saved for when they switch on. Until then, message a client from Messages.
- Photo, logo and document uploads. Documents already on file can still be seen and deleted.
- Claiming an existing listing with an emailed code. Until then, apply as a new business.
- Two-factor sign-in.
- Paid plans. Business Pro and Yard plans are coming soon. Until then every feature is open and nothing is charged.
